A lone howl pierces the stillness of the night. The ground at local cemeteries begins to shake as the dead rise from their graves. Forests are filled with vampires, crazed clowns, and any number of other creatures. When all of these terrifying occurrences combine, it can only mean that Halloween has once again arrived on Long Island!

Kicing off the entertainment, a wide selection of Haunted Houses will keep Long Islanders screaming throughout the month of October. Since a breather will likely be needed after spine-tingling haunted attractions, Corn Mazes and Pumpkin Patches are perfect for a bit of daytime fun. Plus, even the littlest of ghouls can participate in the holiday's fun thanks to Safe Trick-or-Treating events being held across Nassau and Suffolk.
