Dear Long Islander,
October is well under way, and we're getting into the heart of Halloween season - there are dozens of local haunted attractions, hay rides, and fall festivals to attend - not to mention the endless corn mazes and pumpkin patches you and your family can enjoy this weekend. It looks like we're in for some wet weather this weekend, but not to worry - there is quite a bit of fun to be had this weekend that is happening indoors, away from the rain. It also looks like it will clear up in time for Columbus Day, and there are still plenty of fun things to do, and haunted attractions to check out that will be celebrating the long weekend.
