Hempstead, NY - December 19th, 2014 - The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Hempstead man for a Robbery that occurred in Hempstead on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 11P:59 am.

According to detectives, a 39 year old female employee working at the 24 Hour Laundry located at 620 Fulton Avenue was holding a customer’s 1 year old infant daughter when the defendant Ralphael Brown, 19, of Washington Avenue approached the victim and choked her allowing him to rip a diamond necklace from her neck.
