Alleged Prostitute Arrested During Patchogue Massage Parlor Raid, Cops Say

Suffolk County Police on Monday, November 13 arrested a Flushing woman for unlawful practice of a profession during a massage parlor raid in Patchogue.
 
In response to numerous community complaints, Suffolk County Police Fifth Precinct Crime Section officers, in conjunction with officials from the Town of Brookhaven, conducted an investigation into The Perfect Nail Salon, located at 465D Route 112, and arrested Aihua Tong at 4:09 p.m. 
 
Tong, 50, of 41-10 Bowne Street, Flushing, was charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession, a felony. Several violations were issued by Brookhaven Town. Tong was released on a Desk Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
