Lindenhurst Man Allegedly Followed and Exposed Himself to Woman, Cops Say

NCPD reports the arrest of Brian McBride of Lindenhurst, 41, for Public Lewdness.

Oceanside, NY - October 15, 2018 - The Nassau County Police Public Information Office reports the details of an arrest of a Lindenhurst man for Public Lewdness that occurred on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 2:40 P.M. in Oceanside.
 
According to Police, the 23 year old female victim was leaving a parking lot located at 2755 Long Beach Road. As she got into her car, she noticed the defendant, Brian McBride, 41, of Lindenhurst looking and pointing at her. The victim drove across the street to a different parking lot on Long Beach Road. The defendant followed the victim and approached the driver’s side door while the victim sat inside her car. The defendant began to make lewd gestures and exposed himself to the victim. The victim called 911.
 
After an investigation, the defendant was arrested in the vicinity of Long Beach Road. McBride is charged with Stalking 4th degree and Public Lewdness. He will be arraigned on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
