William Floyd Third Graders Receive Donated Dictionaries

Members of the local chapter of Verizon’s New Vision Pioneers recently donated one dictionary for each third grade student in John S. Hobart and Tangier Smith Elementary Schools in the William Floyd School District.

Shirley, NY - October 2nd, 2014 - Members of the local chapter of Verizon’s New Vision Pioneers recently donated one dictionary for each third grade student in John S. Hobart and Tangier Smith Elementary Schools in the William Floyd School District.

“I would like to thank the New Vision Pioneers program for their generosity in donating dictionaries to our students,” said Kevin Coster, Assistant Superintendent for Elementary Instruction and Administration, William Floyd School District.
