Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney today announced that Quon Williams, 39, of Islip Terrace, was indicted for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, and several related charges, for allegedly possessing over eight ounces of fentanyl and cocaine. Williams and his girlfriend, Keirsten Escobar, 31, also of Islip Terrace, are charged together with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, for allegedly exposing three small children, including a one-year-old, to the dangerous substances.
“These allegations highlight a deeply troubling situation where substantial quantities of deadly narcotics were allegedly found in a home where three young children lived,” said District Attorney Tierney. “We will continue working with law enforcement to investigate these allegations thoroughly while ensuring the safety and welfare of the children involved.”
According to the investigation, on May 28, 2025, members of the Suffolk County Police Department executed a court-authorized search warrant at Williams and Escobar’s Islip Terrace residence. When they approached the residence, police reported that they heard the breaking of glass coming from the rear of the home.
Once inside the home, they found Williams in his one-year-old child’s bedroom bleeding from his hand. The child’s bedroom window appeared to have just been shattered. In the backyard, outside and below the broken bedroom window, law enforcement allegedly discovered a kilo press, which is an instrument designed to mold large quantities of powdered narcotics into the shape of a brick to facilitate resale and distribution. Allegedly discovered inside the kilo press was over eight ounces of fentanyl, enough to kill approximately 113,410 people. Police also allegedly found a kilogram of cocaine inside Williams’ bedroom and his fingerprints were allegedly recovered from the bag that held the cocaine. In addition, approximately $14,000 in cash, drug paraphernalia, including scales and packaging, and hypodermic needles were allegedly recovered during the execution of the warrant.
All the items were allegedly discovered in the home that housed three children ages 1, 5 and 10 years’ old the time of the execution of the search warrant.
