The Third Squad reports the details of a Burglary that occurred on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in East Meadow.
According to Detectives, Police responded to a vacant business which is under construction located at 2565 Hempstead Turnpike, for a Commercial Burglary.
Upon arrival, it was determined that an unknown person/s pried open a lock box and entered the building with the key. Further investigation revealed that the subject/s removed a commercial floor scraping machine, valued at 60,000 USC from the premise.
The subject/s fled by unknown means in an unknown direction. The investigation is ongoing.
