Add 3 pieces of sliced cucumber, 1 oz gin, juice from 1 lime and 1 rosemary sprig into a highball glass (a tall glass that holds between 8 – 10 oz of liquid.) Next strain this through a mesh strainer and pour into another highball glass. Throw a few pieces of ice into the second glass along with 3 new slices of cucumber. Now pour the rest of your gin and tonic concoction into the highball glass. Garnish with 1 rosemary sprig.
