Man Wanted for Mugging Victim at Knifepoint in Rockville Centre

First Squad detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred in Rockville Centre on Sunday, 06/15/14 at 3:30 A.M.

Rockville Centre, NY - June 16th, 2014 - First Squad detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred in Rockville Centre on Sunday, 06/15/14 at 3:30 A.M.

According to detectives, a male victim, 20, while walking on N. Park Ave./Hillside Ave. was approached by a male subject, armed with a knife, who demanded his stuff.  The victim complied and handed over his cell phone and wallet containing credits cards and his NYS Driver License.  The subject fled on foot in an unknown direction.

No injuries were reported.

The subject is described as a male black, approximately 28 years of age, 6’2” tall, stocky build and bald head.  No further description is available.
