The Art Faculty Exhibition is an annual showcase of Adelphi University’s faculty members’ accomplishments in the fine arts. The institution’s working artists display work in their respective fields on a rotating basis. This year’s exhibit presents an extensive selection of media including: painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, mixed media, digital works, ceramics, and sculpture. This show examines the unique relationships between the artist and the medium they choose to work in.

As a display of the diverse nature of our faculty, the exhibition includes, among others,  comic book illustrations by Geoff Grogan, Richard Vaux’ s ethereal landscapes and Puneeta Mittal’s ceramic wall instalation. Each esteemed professor shares his or her voice as an artist and as member of our University’s family.

The Performing Arts Center Gallery is open everyday, from 11:00am to 5:00pm. To learn more about the artists and view glimpses of the exhibition please visit art-galleries.adelphi.edu and to receive updates “Like” us on our “Adelphi Galleries” Facebook page!
