Head-on Crash in Bay Shore Leaves Man Seriously Injured

Suffolk County Police investigate a head-on crash in Bay Shore that seriously injured a man, and are seeking information from the public.

Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are investigating a head-on crash that seriously injured a man in Bay Shore Tuesday morning.
 
Chris Singh was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro southbound on 5th Avenue when his vehicle crossed into the northbound lane and struck a 2016 Ford box truck, driven by David Seletsky, head on near
Santam Court at 7:23 a.m. 
 
Seletsky, 52, of Massapequa, was transported to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore for treatment of serious injuries. Singh, 27, of Brentwood, was also transported to South Shore University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Both vehicles were impounded for safety checks.
