With Hispanic areas on Long Island especially hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, food insecure families have tripled in recent months. Adelante of Suffolk County will be hosting a food drive for families in need on December 23 to help assure that no one goes hungry this holiday season. Sponsors include Property Tax Reduction Consultants, United Health Care, Gala Foods Supermarket, Brentwood Market and Hispanic Federation.
