If you’re a certain age you might remember spending weekends and after-school pumping endless quarters into the arcade games at places like Time Out in the local mall but it’s hard to find a good arcade room these days. Below are some places that still feature arcades.

 

Some are for the little kiddies and others are fun for all ages. So plan your next arcade adventure with the guide below and try to beat your all-time high score on Pac-Man.

 

Adventureland - Aside from their head-spinning outdoor rides, this park also has an indoor arcade. Location: 2245 Route 110, East Farmingdale

 

The All Star -The arcade features shooting games, air hockey, driving games, prize games, basketball, and skee ball. Location: 96 Main Road, Riverhead

 

@Play - Arcade has over plenty games to keep you busy. Location: 29 Broadhollow Road, Farmingdale.

 

Dave & Buster’s - This arcade and restaurant chain has three locations on Long Island featuring plenty of different arcade games to choose from. For the adults you can get an eat and play combo and also enjoy a drink while you play. Locations: 1856 Veterans Highway, Islandia; 1504 Old Country Road, Westbury; 261 Airport Plaza Boulevard, Farmingdale.

 

Fun Station USA - Fun kid’s party place with an arcade to boot. Location: 40 Rocklyn Avenue, Lynbrook.

 

LaserBounce - They have open sessions available. Location: 2710 Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown

Active Kidz - They say that they have 19 exciting games. Location: 200 Robbins Lane, Jericho.

 

Boomers - Summer only so plan accordingly. Location: 655 Long Island Ave, Medford.

 

Q-zar - Fun name for an arcade that features a variety of racing, shooting, rideable, and other video games. Location: 151 Voice Road, Carle Place.

BolMor - Cool bowling alley also features a deluxe arcade with new video games and a ton of old-school classics. Locations: 895 Walt Whitman Rd., Melville; 40 Horseblock Rd., Centereach; 200 Landing Ave., Smithtown; 5660 Sunrise Hwy., Sayville; 2183 Jericho Tpke., Commack.

 

Lazerland - Features a mix of arcade games for all ages from redemption games to video and cranes. Location: 54A Motor Parkway, Commack.

 

Let Loose - When no parties you can play unlimited games for $10 per hour. Location: 901 W Beech St, Long Beach.
