The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Westbury man during an investigation that occurred on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 1:15 pm in Westbury.
 
According to Narcotics detectives, an investigation at a Bowling Green Drive residence was conducted and Walter LinderNavarro, 23, of Westbury was arrested.
 
During the investigation, the following items were recovered:
- 7 bags containing a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine,
weighing approximately 388.9 grams.
- 101 round blue pills believed to be oxycodone hydrochloride
- 38 West Coast vape cartridges containing THC
- A chocolate bar containing THC
- 20 bags and 4 containers containing a greenish/brown substance believed
to be cannabis weighing in excess of 5 pounds
- 9 mm Taurus Firearm
 
Defendant LinderNavarro is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of  Cannabis 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Firearm. He will be arraigned on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at First District Court, Hempstead.
