Bethpage, NY - October 11, 2018 - The Second Squad reports the arrest of a Woodbury man for Narcotics that occurred on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. in Bethpage.
 
According to detectives, Benjamin Molina, 22, was in Bethpage and did knowingly and unlawfully possess an undisclosed quantity of heroin and cocaine. He did also agree to sell an undisclosed amount to another for an agreed sum of US currency. The subject was placed under arrest without incident. He was found to be in possession of a clear plastic bag containing a tan powder believed to be heroin as well as a clear plastic bag containing a white powder believed to be cocaine.
 
The defendant, Benjamin Molina is charged with two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and two (2) counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Thursday, October 11, 2018 in First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
