Two Busted in Connection with Heroin Overdoses in Nassau County, Cops Say

Levittown, NY - October 5, 2018 - The Major Case Bureau reports the Arrest of two individuals for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance that occurred on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 6:15 p.m. in Levittown.
 
According to detectives from Narcotics/Vice Squad, an investigation was conducted regarding heroin overdoses in Nassau County. The investigation led to the following arrests:
 
  • Defendant Crystal Bardis, 32, of Levittown, did sell a quantity of heroin to multiple individuals in the Levittown area.
  • On October 3, 2018, defendant Danny Marmol, 31, of Copiague, did sell a quantity of heroin to an individual in Copaigue. 
Crystal Bardis is charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.
 
Danny Marmol is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance 3rd degree.
 
Both defendants were arraigned on Thursday, October 04, 2018 at First District Court, Hempstead.
