Blue Point, NY - August 23rd, 2013 - Suffolk County Police have arrested a Blue Point man who exposed himself and committed lewd acts in front of females in July and August.
A man exposed himself and committed lewd acts in front of female pedestrians and motorists three times between July 7 and August 19 in Patchogue, Blue Point and Sayville.
Following an investigation, Fifth Squad detectives arrested Rian Loper, 20, of Bayview Avenue, Blue Point on August 22. Loper was charged with three counts of Public Lewdness. He was scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on August 23.
The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone who may have had contact with Loper to call the Fifth Squad at 631-854-8552.
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
