The Hamptons Commercial Real Estate Team at Compass has announced an upcoming venture that will bring a new and dynamic food concept to the heart of Water Mill. Marc Goldberg, a well-known name in the Hamptons culinary scene, will be taking 4,100 square feet in “Water Mill Village” (formally known as “The Mill”) in the Fall 2023. The site is located within the retail complex that was purchased earlier this year by Robert Zecher of Vault Development Partners in conjunction with the owner of the Water Mill Square, Benjamin Rinzler.

The upcoming addition will introduce a unique twist to the traditional Goldberg's establishment, transforming it into a vibrant food court offering a diverse array of culinary delights. From delectable bagels and mouthwatering pizza to an extended deli selection and irresistible ice cream, the food court will provide an all-day variety of food choices to satisfy every palate.

According to the Hamptons Commercial Real Estate Team, "We were actively seeking a high-profile food entity that would bring traffic to the Water Mill Village throughout the day, year-round. The inclusion of Goldberg's elevates the profile and significance of the entire complex as it rebrands itself as the leading retail center of the Hamptons. We anticipate that this exciting addition will further enhance the allure and appeal of Water Mill, creating a thriving hub of culinary experiences."

Robert Zecher, CEO of Vault Development Partners, comments, "Acquiring such a prime property in one of the most desirable retail centers in the Hamptons has been a tremendous opportunity for us. We are excited to collaborate with Marc Goldberg and his team to enhance and evolve Water Mill Village, by bringing forth a new era of culinary excellence in year-round service to our community. Having a best-in-class operator like Marc to take the anchor space in Water Mill Village is a material step to revitalize the complex."

The Water Mill Village complex, is situated on RT 27 East, features a sprawling 3.64-acre property with ample parking for 154 vehicles, including Tesla charging stations. Its prime location and exceptional tenant mix have made it a sought-after destination for locals and visitors alike. With the addition of the food court, the complex is set to become an even more vibrant and enticing hub of activity.
