40 Small Breed Puppies and Dogs Rescued By North Shore Animal League America and National Mill Dog Rescue to Arrive in Port Washington

40 small breed puppies and dogs rescued through a collaboration between National Mill Dog Rescue and North Shore Animal League America will arrive to Port Washington.

Dogs and puppies arriving to Port Washington on Friday, August 5 will be available for adoption starting Wednesday, August 10.

Port Washington, NY - August 4, 2016 - 40 small breed puppies and dogs were rescued through a collaboration between National Mill Dog Rescue and North Shore Animal League America. They will be arriving in Port Washington on Friday, August 5th at 1:00 pm (estimated time of arrival).  

North Shore Animal League America’s ability to take in these animals, provide the necessary medical care to prepare them for adoption and find them loving homes is what makes this rescue possible. The dogs, which include Terrier mixes, Chihuahua mixes, Maltese mixes, Yorkies and many more, all range from eight weeks old to seven years old. They will begin to be available for adoption starting Wednesday, August 10th.
