Joining another new spot, Fauna, which is replacing the legendary Starr Boggs restaurant just around the bend at 6 Parlato Drive, Ivy on Main is serving up a menu of Mediterranean influenced New American food with cocktail lounge for the more understated crowds of Hamptonites who love the seaside village but not the glitzy glam of the east of the Shinnecock scene.

Ivy On Main replaces Mambo Kitchen, the Hawaiian-influenced eatery at 103 Main Street.

They have a Mediterranean olive tapenade with grilled pita bread ($9), and eggplant caponata crostini ($9), and a wild mushroom toast on brioche ($14) on the small plate menu. Citrus salad with endive, grapefruit vinaigrette, blood sorrel, and pistachio butter ($16), burrata and tomato with roasted red peppers, basil oil, and prosciutto di parma ($20) is on the appetizer menu among others.

Main plates includes a shinnecock fluke grenobloise in brown butter, capers, lemon and parsley ($38), an Ivy burger with their signature blend of meat, gruyere, sauce gribiche, and truffle pommes frites ($24), and a grilled skirt steak with roasted fingerling potatoes ($36).
