Update - April 15, 2014 - Elizabeth Fridenberger, who was reported missing on March 15, was found dead in a wooded area on Linden Avenue in Shirley on April 12. Her death has been ruled non-criminal.
Original Release - Mastic, NY - March 24th, 2014 - Suffolk County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a woman who was reported missing last week.
A family member of Elizabeth Fridenberger, 25, reported her missing on March 15. The woman, who goes by Beth, is undomiciled and frequents the Mastic/Shirley area which is where she was last seen.
Fridenberger is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 2 inches tall and 135 pounds.
Anyone with information about Fridenberger is asked to call the Seventh Squad or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
