Syosset, NY - February 25th, 2014 - The Robbery Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred in Syosset on Monday, February 24, 2014 at 2:10 pm.

According to detectives, a male white subject described as being 5’10” – 6’00” tall, mid 40’s, dark winter cap, blue jacket, brown hooded sweatshirt, jeans entered into the Bank of America located at 378 Jericho Turnpike. The subject made a verbal demand to 47 year old female teller while displaying what appeared to be the butt of a handgun. The subject then fled on foot in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of US currency. There were 10 employees and 4 customers in the bank at the time of the incident. There were no injuries reported.
