Riko's Pizza, a popular Stamford, CT-based pizza chain known for its unique thin crust pizzas and creative topping combinations, has expanded to Merrick. The new restaurant, located at 68 Merrick Avenue, marks Riko's second Long Island location, joining its sister store in Levittown.
