Ghoulish gallery exhibit haunts Huntington Public Library! October 1 - November 2

To celebrate the Halloween season, Huntington monster maven Greg Fasolino curates his ghoulish gallery of vintage horror collectibles from the ’60s and ’70s in the “Creepy Collectibles from Horror’s Golden Age” exhibit at Huntington Public Library.

Included are Fasolino’s collection of famous monster models and toys as well as creeptastic comic books and magazines, paperbacks, card sticker sets, Super 8 films, vinyl records, and memorabilia, ranging from H.P. Lovecraft to Wacky Packages. Explore the weird worlds of Aurora models, Pop-Top Horrors, Outer Space Men and diabolical Disney products, and glance at the macabre pages of Famous Monsters of Filmland, Creepy, Eerie, Vampirella, Nightmare, Psycho, Scream, Tales of the Zombie, Vampire Tales, Weird, Terror Tales, Chamber of Chills, Vault of Evil, Crypt of Shadows, Monsters on the Prowl, Where Monsters Dwell, Werewolf by Night, Swamp Thing, The House of Mystery and The Monster Times among others.

The show, displayed in the glass lobby cases at the library’s main branch at 338 Main Street in Huntington, runs from Oct. 1 through Nov. 2.
