The Major Case Bureau reports an Arrest for a Robbery that occurred on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 4:22pm in Plainview.
According to Robbery Squad Detectives, Defendant David Feuer, 42, of 28 Deer Park, NY did enter the Citibank located at 1105 Old Country Road Plainview and approached a teller. The Defendant did point an unknown black object at the female victim teller and demanded cash.
The victim complied and handed the subject an undetermined amount of US currency. The Defendant fled the bank and entered a black four door sedan and drove southbound on Old Bethpage Road. No injuries were reported.
Subsequent to the investigation Defendant David Feuer was located at his residence and was placed into custody at 5:15pm on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.
The Defendant is charged with one count of Robbery 3 rd Degree and will be arraigned on Thursday, June 15, 2023 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
