The Sixth Squad reports an Arrest for a Criminal Mischief that occurred at 11:45 pm on Sunday, June 11, 2023 in Manorhaven.
According to Detectives, a male subject threw a brick through the glass door of the Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, located at 6 Cottonwood Road; before fleeing the scene prior to Police arrival. Subsequent to the investigation, Defendant Kevin Guzman, 21, of 27B Cambridge Avenue Manorhaven was located at his residence and at 10:10am was placed under arrest without incident.
Defendant Kevin Guzman is charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
