Suffolk County Police Monday night arrested a woman in Selden for Unauthorized Practice of a Profession.
Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers coordinated with Brookhaven Town Investigators, Building Inspector and Fire Marshal to investigate quality of life complaints including prostitution.
Jing Ou was arrested after performing massages without a license, at The 692 A Spa, located at 692 A Middle Country Road, at approximately 3 p.m.
Brookhaven Town officials and the Brookhaven Fire Marshal issued 20 summonses. The establishment was shut down.
Ou, 40, of Flushing will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip at a later date.
