Hicksville, NY - March 10th, 2015 - Narcotics/Vice Bureau detectives report the arrest of three individuals for a drug related incident that occurred on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 9:15 pm in Hicksville.
According to detectives, during the course of an investigation involving a fatal overdose of an unnamed victim, detectives were able to make contact with a possible drug dealer. Arrangements were made and a meeting involving a 2015 Acura took place on Grape Lane and Glow Lane.
After detectives identified the vehicle, they approached the car that was occupied by three individuals, one of whom was observed smoking a marihuana cigarette. The three subjects were then removed from the vehicle and placed into custody.
1. Rosanallys Davila, 24, of Catherine St. Schenectady, N.Y.
2. Kassandra Delgado, 22, of Washington St. Apt 3A. Hempstead
3. Donovan Joseph, 24, of Franklin Ave. Apt. C. Hempstead
Rosanallys is charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, was released on an appearance ticket and is due to respond in First District Court, Hempstead on 03/23/2015.
Delgado is charged with Criminal Facilitation 4th Degree, was also released on an appearance and is due to respond in First District Court on 03/23/2015.
Joseph, who during arrest processing, was found to be in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine, is charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree and an unrelated warrant charge. He will be arraigned in First District Court on 03/10/2015.
