    Ingredients

    • 2-3 slices of Cheese
      2 slices of Bread
      1-2 pats of Butter

    Directions

    1. 1) Placed cheese between two slices of bread.

      2) Pre-heat a small skillet with a pat amount of butter (more or less to taste).

      3) Brown sandwich on one side for approximately one minute.

      4) Turn sandwich over with a spatula. Brown side two.

      5) Remove from pan and serve.

      Lower fat version can be prepared in a toaster and with low fat cheese.
