    1. 1) boil eggs-15 min.
      2)cool eggs in running cold water
      3)peel eggs & chop up in a large bowl
      4)add, onion, celery,dill
      mayo & pepper & mix
      5)on 2 plates put lettuce
      6)divide egg mixture
      between 2 plates,put in
      the middle
      tomato slices between 2
      plates and remaining
      If you like you can add
      some black beans or any
      other beans!
      Also you can add a splash
      of balsamic vinegar!
      You can substitute tuna
