Levittown, NY - December 5, 2017 - The Second Squad is reporting the arrest of a Sunnyside woman and a Valley Stream man for Trademark Counterfeiting that occurred on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 5:23 p.m. in Levittown.
 
According to detectives, Jung Kim, female, 62, and Manchun Kim, male, 66, were working in seperate booths at Tri County Flea Market in Levittown. They were found to be in possession of and price for sale numerous counterfeit designer handbags, wallets and other items with counterfeit trademark tags. They were placed under arrest without incident.
 
Defendant Jung Kim is charged with eight (8) counts of Trademark Counterfeiting. Defendant Manchun Kim is charged with five (5) counts of Trademark Counterfeiting. They will both be arraigned on Tuesday, December 5 at First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
