Roosevelt, NY - November 23, 2017 - The First Squad reports the details of a Robbery that occurred on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 7:29 pm in Roosevelt.
 
According to detectives, a Chinese restaurant employee, attempted to make a delivery to a Smith Street residence. The male victim, 28, was approached by an unknown male, who demanded the victim’s money and cell phone. The victim refused and a struggle ensued. A second male approached and displayed a handgun. The victim was struck with the gun, causing a laceration to his head.  
 
The suspects fled the scene on foot with the food, cell phone and an undisclosed amount of US currency. The suspects are described as male blacks, 5’9”-5’11”, approximately 18-20 years old, wearing all black clothing.
 
The victim was treated at the scene by a Nassau County Ambulance.
