Farmingdale Gas Station Robbed at Gunpoint, Authorities Say

NCPD are investigating a Robbery that occurred on Friday, March 31, in Farmingdale.

Farmingdale, NY – April 3, 2017 – The Second Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 1:35 a.m. in Farmingdale.
 
According to detectives, a male black subject entered the Sunoco Gas Station located at 150 Fulton Street purchased a pack of cigarettes then exited the store.

The subject then returned two minutes later wearing a black mask and armed with a silver handgun, approached the 31 year old male victim and demanded money from the register.

When victim complied and opened the cash register the subject jumped over the counter and took an undisclosed amount of US currency.  The subject left the store and fled westbound through the parking lot. No injuries were reported.

The subject is described as 5’10- 5’11” tall, in his 20’s, thin build wearing a black button down shirt, gray jeans, gray sneakers, gloves, black skull cap and black scarf covering face.
