SCPD arrested Frank Trapani, 38, for robbing a Patchogue store.

Patchogue, NY - October 30, 2018 - Suffolk County Police on Monday, October 29 arrested a man for robbing a store in Patchogue.
 
Frank Trapani entered GNC, located at 499 Sunrise Highway in Patchogue on October 20, at approximately 6:30 p.m., threatened the clerk and demanded cash. The clerk complied and Trapani fled.
 
Following an investigation by Fifth Squad detectives, Trapani, 38, who is undomiciled, was arrested and charged with Robbery 3rd Degree and Resisting Arrest.
 
Trapani will be held overnight at the Fifth Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on October 30.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
