Arrest of a Port Washington man for the Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance

The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Port Washington man for the Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance that occurred on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 11:24 AM in Port Washington.
 
According to Detectives, the Narcotics Vice Squad in conjunction with the Port Washington Police Department conducted an investigation into the sale of narcotics at the 360 Vape and Smoke Shop, located at 41B Main Street. It was  determined that Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) products were being sold at this location and defendant
 
Shengming Jin, 33, of 41B Main Street, was placed under arrest without incident. Defendant Shengming Jin is charged with the Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th degree and two charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree. He will be arraigned on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at First District Court, 99 Main Street in Hempstead.
