The Major Case Bureau reports the arrests of four individuals during a Narcotics Investigation that occurred on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 12:52 pm in Uniondale.
According to Detectives, Narcotics/Vice Squad, assisted by Drug Enforcement Agents (DEA) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) executed search warrants at two locations in Uniondale.
Defendants Gregory Quarles-Williams, 41, of 369 Clarendon Road and Tiffany Goins-Ford, 36, of 75 Argyle Avenue were found in possession of a white powdery substance believed to be Cocaine and Oxycodone pills at 369 Claredon Road, Uniondale. They were arrested without incident.
Defendants Wendell Forrest, 42, and Darius Forrest, 34, were found in possession of a white powdery substance believed to be Cocaine, a loaded Highpoint Firearm, a loaded .357 Taurus revolver, a Galls Bullet Proof vest, assorted US Currency and various caliber rounds of ammunition. Both defendants were placed under arrest at their residence, 462 Fenimore Avenue without incident.
Defendant Quarles-Williams is being charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, four (4) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. Defendant Goins-Ford is being charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, four (4), counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Defendant Wendall Forrest is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, three (3) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, and three (3) counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree. Defendant Darius Forrest is being charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, three (3) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree.
All four defendants were arraigned on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
