Queens Teen Killed in Bay Shore Shooting

Jonathan A. Graff, 17, of Queens, NY, has been identified as the man who was shot to death in Bay Shore yesterday afternoon. Homicide detectives are continuing the investigation.

Update - October 12th, 2014 - Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are seeking the public's help in the investigation of the shooting death of Jonathan A. Graff on October 10. Graff, 17, of Queens, was last seen in Jamaica, Queens, on October 9. Graff was wearing dark blue jeans, a black hooded-sweatshirt, a baseball hat and black sneakers.

Anyone with information on the case or who may have seen Graff before the shooting is asked to call Homicide Squad detectives at 631-852-6392 or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.

Bay Shore, NY - October 10th, 2014 - Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the shooting death of a man whose body was found in Bay Shore yesterday afternoon.
 
A man who was walking his dog in Spur Drive Park discovered a body at approximately 4:15 p.m.  The body was taken to the Suffolk County Medical Examiner’s Office where an autopsy will be performed.
 
The incident is being investigated as a homicide. The man’s identity is unknown at this time.
 
Detectives are asking anyone who may have information about this incident to contact the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392 or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
