Yoga Under the Stars

Where: Pinelawn Memorial Park And Arboretum

As the sun begins to set, under the soft flow of beautiful string lights strung through the park’s maple trees, Pinelawn’s magical and exceptional landscape will play host to Pop Up Prana Yoga’s Jennifer Eagen, who will lead guests in an open level yoga practice and meditation.


Goat Yoga at Suffolk County Farm and Education Center

When: Saturday, October 2, 2021

Where: Suffolk County Farm and Education Center, 350 Yaphank Avenue, Yaphank

Enjoy yoga on the farm with friendly goats. A fun twist to traditional flow. End your day in downward dog and some laughs. All levels are welcome to goat yoga. Taught by certified instructors from Cocomotion.


Saturday Yoga in the Park

When: Every Saturday through November 20, 2021

Where: Various locations

Gentle Yoga

When: Thursdays through October 21, 2021

Where: Vajiradhammapadip Temple, 10 Rustic Road, Centereach

This four week series will be held every Thursday night starting September 30, 2021 from 5-6pm. Daily Buddhist chanting will follow at 6pm and Buddhist sitting meditation at 6:30pm. All are welcome.


Rhythmic Power Flow Yoga

When: Every Thursday through December 30, 2021

An hour long class packed with dance-y sequences interlaced with poses to rock your strength.
