Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man wanted for questioning in connection to a murder that occurred in July. 
 
Hugh James was found shot to death in his vehicle after his car crashed into a parked vehicle on Lake Drive on July 3 at approximately 6:45 p.m. 
 
Detectives are seeking the identity of the man in the above photo regarding information pertaining to the investigation.
