Farmingdale, NY - August 23, 2018 - The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of an East Patchogue man at 10:50am on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 in Farmingdale.
 
Narcotics/Vice Detectives were notified of a fatal heroin overdose in Massapequa on the night of August 20, 2018. After an extensive investigation Detectives arrested Anthony Legette, 28, of East Patchogue. 
 
The defendant is directly linked to this fatal overdose, which contained Fentanyl, and is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. He was arraigned on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 in First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
