Man Arrested for Committing 9 Burglaries Throughout Nassau

Police report the arrest of a Mineola man on Friday, August 12th for multiple Burglaries that occurred throughout Nassau County.

The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Mineola man on Friday, August 12,
2022 at 4:07 am for multiple Burglaries that occurred throughout Nassau County.
 
According to Detectives, Third Precinct Officers responded to 365 Willis
Avenue, Mineola for a building alarm.
 
Upon arrival officers observed a male running westbound on Ferncroft Road. After canvassing the area officers were able to locate the subject at the intersection of Mineola Avenue and Canterbury Road.
 
After a thorough investigation the defendant, Peter Granath, 30, of 440 Foch Boulevard was placed into Police custody without incident. During the investigation it was
determined that Granath was also responsible for the following Burglaries:
 
07/20/22- DiCrescio Law Office - 462 Sagamore Avenue, East Williston
07/20/22-Palacios Law Group – 15 Roslyn Road, Mineola
07/26/22- Bacchion CPA Office – 120 Front Street, Mineola
07/26/22- Office Building – 55 Willis Avenue, Mineola
07/26/22- Edge City Church – 182 1 st Street, Mineola
07/27/22- 7 Day Spa – 101 Front Street, Hempstead
07/28/22- Citadel of Greatness Church – 201 Peninsula Boulevard, Hempstead
08/03/22- Chamsarang Korean Methodist Church, 94 Fulton Avenue,
 
Hempstead
08/12/22- Klee Woolf Goldman Filipi LLP – 348 Willis Avenue, Mineola
 
The Defendant Peter Granath is charged with ten (10) counts of Burglary 3rd
Degree, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. He will be
arraigned on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at First District Court, 99 Main Street,
Hempstead.
