NCPD: Three in Custody in Connection with Fatal Overdose of Nassau County Resident

Amityville, NY - June 20, 2018 - The Major Case Bureau reports the arrests of two (2) Amityville residents on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 1:50 pm in Amityville.
 
According to Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives, an investigation into a fatal overdose of a Nassau County resident led to the arrests of Phylisha Johnson, 27, and Anthony Holmes, 22.
 
Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives placed the defendants under arrest on the above listed time and date.
 
Defendant Johnson is charged with four (4) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, two (2) counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree.
 
Defendant Holmes is charged with six (6) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, four (4) counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree and Disorderly Conduct. They will be arraigned on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at First District Court, Hempstead.
 
Denise Aliperti, 56, was arrested in connection with the above investigation. She was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Sale Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. She was arraigned on 06/19/2018.
