Whether you drive a “Hot Rod Lincoln” or prefer a “Little Deuce Coupe,” the Ninth Annual Southold American Legion Car Show on August 27, is the perfect place to show off your wheels or check out more than 100 antique, hot rod and collectible cars and motorcycles. 
 
The Southold American Legion Griswold Terry Glover Post 803 Car Show will be held at the Legion Post, 51655 Main Rd. in Southold from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 27. 
 
Automobile and motorcycle collectors, restorers and enthusiasts are invited to show their vehicles and compete for the People’s Choice Award. 
 
There is a $20 entry fee for vehicles. The public is invited to attend for free to enjoy the exhibit and all the festivities.
 
The Car Show will include live music, vendors, a food truck, raffles and representatives of Veterans Affairs from Northport and Long Island Cares Veterans Project will be on hand to share information and answer questions.   
 
WHERE: The Southold American Legion Griswold Terry Glover Post 803, 51655 Main Rd., Southold
 
WHEN: Sunday, August 27 – Rain or Shine
Car and motorcycle check-in begins at 8:00 a.m.
Gates open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
 
ENTRY FEES: $20 per vehicle to exhibit at the show
 
Admission is free to the public, but donations gratefully accepted.
