Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Art is proud to announce its highly anticipated 2025 Annual Summer Gala, set for July 12, 2025, in the heart of Sag Harbor. This year’s gala will honor two icons of style, philanthropy, and the arts: Christie Brinkley, acclaimed supermodel, actress, and activist; and Donna Karan, legendary fashion designer and humanitarian. Though internationally known, both women remain committed to their local communities out East.
The glittering summer soirée—one of the Hamptons’ most celebrated events—will bring together stars of stage, screen, fashion, and philanthropy in support of Bay Street Theater’s artistic, educational, and community programming.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the enduring contributions of Christie and Donna, not only to the worlds of fashion and culture, but also for their dedication to making a difference here in their own backyard,” said Tracy Mitchell, Executive Director Bay Street Theater. “This year’s gala will be a fun-packed party and a heartfelt tribute to two remarkable women.”
The evening includes an elegant VIP dinner at Le Bilboquet, plus a festive cocktail reception and live performances by Broadway stars at Bay Street Theater, along with exclusive and sought after auction items.
Proceeds will benefit Bay Street Theater’s year-round productions, educational initiatives including its Literature Live! program (which to date has served over 48,000 school students), and its ALL-ACCESS program, ensuring that no one is turned away.
Christie Brinkley, a longtime Hamptons resident, is not only a trailblazing model and actress, but also a passionate environmentalist and humanitarian. Donna Karan, founder of the Urban Zen Foundation, has revolutionized American fashion while championing global wellness and cultural preservation.
Bay Street Theater is proud to also recognize Mala Sander, who until recently served as a long-time member of the Bay Street Board of Trustees. In her work as one of Corcoran’s leading real estate agents, she led the charge in introducing nearly everyone to Bay Street Theater with whom she crossed paths.
VIP tables and individual tickets will go on sale on May 5th at www.baystreet.org.
