NCPD reports the arrest of Freddy Peralta of Freeport, 27, for Public Lewdness.

Nassau County, NY - April 16, 2018 - The First Squad reports the arrest of a Freeport man for Public Lewdness that occurred on three (3) separate dates in Baldwin and Uniondale.
 
According to detectives, defendant Freddy Peralta, 27, did expose himself to three (3) young girls on the following dates:   
 
  • February 14, 2018 at 2:10 pm at the intersection of Schreiber Place and Washington Street, Baldwin. The defendant exposed himself to a 13 year old female victim.
  • February 28, 2018 at 2:20 pm at the intersection of Grand Boulevard and Hayes Street, Baldwin. The defendant exposed himself to an 11 year old female victim.
  • April 11, 2018 at 4:15 pm on Summer Avenue, Uniondale. The defendant exposed himself to a 12 year old female victim.
The defendant is known to drive a white 2016 Hyundai Tucson with a spare tire on the front left side of the vehicle to the above locations. The investigation led to the arrest of defendant Peralta on Friday, April 13, 2018 in Roosevelt.
 
Defendant Freddy Peralta is being charged with 3 counts of Public Lewdness and 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He will be arraigned on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
 
Detectives are asking if anyone feels that they were a victim by the actions of the above defendant to contact the Nassau County Police Department - First Squad at 516-573-6153. All callers will remain anonymous.
