Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fifth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the driver of a vehicle that struck a pedestrian in Patchogue and fled the scene. 
 
A man was crossing North Ocean Avenue at West Lakewood Street when he was struck by a gray sedan at 9:24 p.m. on March 4. The pedestrian was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
