Long Island, NY - February 20, 2017 - On February 19, 2017, at approximately 11:20 pm, a Trooper stopped a Toyota Camry, for 95 mph in a 55 mph zone and having 3 small children without seatbelts on the westbound Southern State Parkway, at exit 28. The operator, Joyce R. Browning, 24, of Brooklyn New York was found to be in possession of several forged driver's licenses and credit cards. She was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the second degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th degree, and numerous vehicle and traffic law violations. She was being held at Nassau County Detention to be arraigned later.
