Driver Ejected in Northern State Parkway Crash Near Oyster Bay; Witnesses Urged to Contact State Police

On Saturday October 28th, just after 6:00am, Troopers responded to a crash on the Northern State Parkway eastbound, east of exit 35 in the town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County. 

A vehicle traveling eastbound struck the center median, causing the vehicle to overturn and ejecting the driver. The driver was taken to Nassau University Medical Center for a head injury and is in serious condition. The roadway was closed for almost two hours, but all lanes have reopened.
