Remember the song "99 Bottles of Beer"? How about more than 100 beers available for sampling? That's what you get at the 12th Annual Great Beer Expo: Long Island, coming to NYCB Live, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, on Saturday, November 2.

Enjoy brews from local Long Island craft breweries, national award-winning breweries, and notable breweries from the international scene. A selection of wines and ciders will also be available. A pay-one-price ticket gives you access to all the samples plus a souvenir cup. Spend a few hours relaxing and trying a variety of beer, wines and ciders from around the world, while playing backyard games like giant jenga and cornhole.

Supporting Veterans and Kids

The event will feature a Color Guard presentation by the Vietnam Veterans of America, Nassau County, Ch. 82. Attendees are invited to witness a special salute to our veteran heroes, sign a giant thank you card thanking veterans for their service, and write a holiday card to send to active duty soldiers who won’t be home with their families for the holidays.

Kids Need More Toy Drive

The Great Beer Expo has partnered with the non-profit organization Kids Need More. Attendees are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Holiday Cheer Bus Toy Drive. Staff and volunteers from Kids Need More will deliver toys to 250 local children coping with serious illness.
